FRANCISCA MAY

Assistant Coach

Francisca was born in Portugal in 2003, and has been skating since she was 9 after seeing her clubs annual competition "Terras da Infante" and with inline skating being an extra curriculum activity in primary and high schools. She has participated in regional and nation championships as well as european competitions and currently holds the British National Record for 15km Road

Her love of the sport led her to be a part training team (Skate school) giving back to the sport and helping the younger skaters to learn and enjoy the sport through games and races, at the same time teaching them the agility and skills to go on to skate at competition level.

Relocating to UK in August 2021 for university, she became a member of the club in May 2022 and is going to help Mark and Hannah with coaching and sharing her knowledge of the sport within europe.
